Boxing Management

A career plan built around the fighter’s ability, style and ambitions — with each bout serving the next step.

A manager is part of a fighter’s team, not a source of sponsorship funding. We begin with an honest assessment of ability, weight division, ambitions and annual budget. Together, we decide where the money will make the greatest difference: training and sparring, licensing and medicals, fight opportunities, photography, social media or a dedicated online presence. Clear priorities help avoid wasted time and expense. We handle negotiations, coordinate the people involved and oversee agreements, always with the fighter’s interests and long-term goals in mind.

Matchmaking

The right opponent at the right time, with a clear view of the challenge, the risks and what the fighter can gain.

Good matchmaking serves the fighter, the audience and the event. We assess recent form, styles, experience, contracted weight, rounds and local regulations, then look for a fight that makes sense at that stage of a career and within the budget. Our experience covers more than 1,200 professional bout appearances and over 81 events as official matchmaker. That experience helps us respond quickly and find alternatives when a card changes.

Events

Complete fight-night organisation, from matchmaking and contracts to partners, logistics and the event itself.

A successful fight night depends on dozens of people working to the same plan. We coordinate the date, venue, main event, budget and fight card, alongside licensing, contracts, medical cover, officials and local authorities. We bring together the ring, lighting, sound, weigh-in, travel and accommodation, as well as publicity, media, photography and filming. Ticketing, VIP tables, catering and entertainment are part of the picture too. With more than 60 events organised, we know what it takes to make it all work on the night.

We connect Bulgarian talent with organisers, promoters and boxing organisations around the world.

International representation is about more than circulating a name and a record. We maintain relationships with more than 50 international contacts, giving fighters more opportunities to consider. They can weigh up the opponent, purse, date and time available to prepare, rather than feel pressured to take the only offer. Our work has taken us to bouts and events in England, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Switzerland, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Romania, Serbia, Greece, Poland, Kosovo, Montenegro, Ukraine, North Macedonia, Albania, Russia, Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Malta, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Norway and Finland.
