Boxing Management

A career plan shaped around the fighter’s ability, style and ambitions, with a clear purpose behind each bout.

We start by understanding the fighter: ability, weight division, ambitions and the budget available. Together with the coach, we set priorities for training and sparring, licensing and medicals, suitable bouts and building a public profile. We negotiate terms, coordinate the people involved and oversee agreements with the fighter’s interests in mind. Management and sponsorship are separate roles; a management agreement does not itself provide sponsorship funding. Our job is to help you make sound decisions and use your resources effectively over the course of your career.

Matchmaking

The right opponent at the right time, with a clear view of the challenge, the risks and what the fighter can gain.

Good matchmaking needs to make sense for the fighters, the audience and the promoter. We assess recent form, styles, experience, weight, scheduled rounds and local rules before discussing a bout. Our experience spans more than 1,200 professional fight appearances and over 81 events as official matchmaker. It helps us identify suitable opponents, work within the budget and respond when a card changes.

Events

Fight-night planning and delivery, from matchmaking and contracts to partnerships and logistics.

A successful fight night depends on dozens of people working to the same plan. We coordinate the date, venue, main event, budget and fight card, alongside licensing, contracts, medical cover, officials and local authorities. We bring together the ring, lighting, sound, weigh-in, travel and accommodation, as well as publicity, media, photography and filming. Ticketing, VIP tables, catering and entertainment are part of the picture too. With more than 60 events organised, we know what it takes to make it all work on the night.
